We were born amid the tide of the nation's drive for independent and controllable high-end equipment. Since its establishment in 2019, Baoyue New Materials has instilled its mission deep in its veins: to focus on the localized R&D and production of precision high-temperature alloy castings for aero engines and gas turbines. We know that every turbine blade and every casing blank is critical to the performance limits and safety boundaries of national heavy machinery. To this end, we have gathered top talent, invested in advanced production lines, and built rigorous systems—all to deliver reliability that exceeds expectations.

Technology is our primary language. Our R&D team accounts for over 50% of the workforce, led by senior industry experts and PhD/Master's degree holders. We independently master ten core technologies ranging from material research, process simulation to precision casting and heat treatment. We not only proficiently handle the entire process routes of equiaxed crystal, directional solidification, and single-crystal casting but also deeply collaborate with top universities such as Shanghai University and Harbin Engineering University to translate cutting-edge research results into engineering practice.
Our modern production base in Yueyang, Hunan, covers 70 acres and is equipped with over 100 sets of high-end equipment, boasting a strong delivery capacity of over 60,000 blades and 5,000 integral structural parts per year. We are not just a simple processing factory; we are engineering implementation experts who deeply understand material properties and master the "material-process-performance" mapping relationship.
